2-Year Colour Guarantee

Our jewellery is crafted using durable stainless steel and finished with high-quality PVD gold plating, a technique designed to help the colour last far longer than traditional plating.

We’re confident in the quality of our pieces, which is why all Zoi Era jewellery comes with a 2-year colour guarantee.

This means that if your jewellery shows signs of colour fading or tarnishing under normal everyday wear within two years of purchase, we’ll be happy to review it and offer a replacement or solution in line with our guarantee policy.

Our jewellery is made to be worn daily whether that’s to the gym, in the shower, at work or on the go without needing to save it for special occasions or keep it tucked away in a jewellery box.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and storing jewellery carefully when not in use.
