Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Zoi Era pieces as much as we do. However, if you’ve changed your mind or are unhappy with your order for any reason, most items can be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Before returning any items, please contact us at zeynep@zoiera.com with your order number and the reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Please note that earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and funds should appear on your bank statement within 1–5 working days, depending on your bank.
