Returns

We hope you love your Zoi Era pieces as much as we do. However, if you have changed your mind or are unhappy with them for any reason, you can return most items to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us before returning your items by emailing zey@zeygrowth.com and provide your order number along with the reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Kindly note that earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for the postage fees for returns.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 1-5 working days.
