Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and ensure your Zoi Era pieces arrive safely and beautifully packaged.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Zoi Era cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly in the first instance. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to support you.
